Good conclusion for doing regular exercise (COMPULSORY)

In conclusion, doing regular exercise during thirty minutes three times a week can be release our tension, improve our appearance and increase more stamina. Moreover, can be produce some benefits such as sleep better at night, makes you stranger and healthier, have a better temperament... In major of cases, the results of regular exercise appear a month or longer and should be combined with a sensible diet.
